Shorga turns wholesale into something a merchant can run from a phone. Stock sits in the warehouse, the merchant lists products they never buy, and when a customer orders, Shorga picks, packs, delivers and collects the cash. Nothing is paid up front — the wholesale cost and delivery fee are deducted from the merchant's wallet only after the order is delivered and the money is in hand.

The merchant app is built around that economics. Every product card shows the merchant's own cost, so setting a selling price and seeing the margin happens before the order exists rather than after. Orders are placed in seconds and followed from confirmed to packed to delivered, while the wallet keeps a settle-ready balance that can be cashed out on request. Around it sit coupons and exclusive offers, favourites, a performance view, in-app chat with support, and per-city delivery zones and fees shown before checkout — all of it in Arabic, English or Kurdish with full right-to-left layout.

Underneath is a .NET 9 platform built on clean architecture and CQRS, with per-feature database schemas, idempotent order placement, a full audit trail and queue-backed background work. A separate staff console runs the other side of the business: merchant onboarding and ID verification, warehouse fulfilment, accounting and settlements, catalogue and pricing, and support. Money is handled as whole Iraqi dinars throughout — integer amounts, never floating point.
