part. is a fractional real estate investment platform built for Alphabet Investment Firm, designed around one conviction: that property investment shouldn't be reserved for those with large capital.
The platform splits real estate assets into shares. Any user can buy into a property " whether with 100,000 IQD or 50,000,000" and immediately become a proportional owner. Revenue flows back to investors in two ways: when the property's market value appreciates, and when tenants generate rental income.
We built both the mobile app (iOS & Android) and the web platform from the ground up. The user experience was designed to feel as fluid and trustworthy as a modern brokerage, with a real-time portfolio dashboard, a live marketplace to buy and sell shares between investors, transparent property valuations, and instant payout tracking.
Behind the scenes, the platform handles fractional ownership records, multi-investor property ledgers, and regulated transaction flows, built for scale as the Iraqi investment market grows.
