Prime is a real estate e-commerce platform built for Olive Tree, three products working as one: a mobile app for buyers, a web platform for browsing, and a management dashboard for Olive Tree to operate the entire marketplace. The idea was simple: buying and selling property should be as structured and transparent as any other serious purchase.

Mobile App for Buyers

Buyers interact with Prime through a native mobile app on iOS and Android. The app puts the full property marketplace in their pocket, they can browse the category tree, search by type and location, save properties, and move through the purchase flow without ever needing to open a browser. Notifications keep buyers updated on price changes, new listings in their saved searches, and the status of their enquiries.

Multi-Level Category System

Real estate is not one thing. Prime organises its entire inventory through a deep, multi-level category structure "residential, commercial, land, and beyond" with each level narrowing the search to exactly what a buyer is looking for. The category system is designed to scale as Olive Tree adds new property types and developments.

Built for Selling

Unlike a traditional property listing site where enquiries disappear into a form, Prime is built as an e-commerce platform. the property is the product, and the platform supports the full transaction:
